The brief

What was broken before we showed up.

Xtreme Scapes is a family owned and operated outdoor living contractor in Melbourne. They build screen enclosures and pool cages, paver patios and driveways, decks, fences and full yard makeovers for homes and commercial properties across Brevard County. Their Google reviews name the jobs they do best: screen rooms and paver driveways.

The website didn’t show those jobs. Its proof was lawn care, its review count and hours didn’t match the Google listing, and pages Google still sent people to from two earlier sites returned an error. Nothing recorded where an estimate request came from, so no one could say which search or page brought in a job.

We rebuilt the site from scratch around the work they want more of, with a page for each contracting service and each town they serve, and pointed every dead address at the page that replaced it. We rebuilt the Google Business Profile so the listing and the site tell Google the same thing. Behind the estimate form now sits a lead pipeline: each request becomes a contact and an open opportunity with its texting consent on record, and the business gets an email from its own domain the moment it arrives. Each month we track where they show up on Google Maps and in search against the local crews they compete with.

What we built

  • A custom site on the business’s own domain, written around screen enclosures, pool cages, pavers and hardscape, the work its reviews praise
  • Ten service pages, one per trade, from pool cages and patio covers to decks, fences and lawn care
  • Eighteen town pages across Brevard County, each with a photo of that town and the ZIP codes it covers
  • Commercial pages for HOAs, condo associations and property managers
  • Every old address in Search Console’s error list redirected (301) to the page that replaced it, so old links still land
  • Google Business Profile rebuilt so its phone, category and services match the site
  • An estimate form with spam protection that creates a contact and an open opportunity in the business’s lead pipeline
  • An email to the business from its own domain the moment a request arrives
  • Separate, unchecked opt-in boxes for estimate texts and marketing texts, with each consent’s wording and time stored on the lead
  • Google Analytics counting call, text and email taps, Search Console on the domain, and a monthly report of their Maps and search positions against named local competitors

A tour of the build

Specific pages doing specific jobs.

Xtreme Scapes pool screen enclosures and pool cages page
The page for the job their reviews praise most. Pool cages, screen rooms and re-screens are each named, so a homeowner searching for a pool enclosure in Brevard lands on a page about exactly that, with the estimate button in the first screen.
Xtreme Scapes Melbourne landscaping and pavers town page
One of the town pages. Each names the town and its ZIP codes, shows a real photo of the place, and links to the services offered there, so a search like pavers in Melbourne finds a page written for Melbourne.
Xtreme Scapes free estimate form
The free estimate page carries no menu, just the form. Each request lands in the business’s lead pipeline with its texting consent on record, and the business hears about it by email from its own domain.
Xtreme Scapes mobile homepage
Built for the phone, where homeowners look up a contractor between jobs and errands. The estimate button sits in the first screen.

Your move

The site, the listing and the leads, working as one.

Xtreme Scapes went live with its site, its Google listing and its estimate requests pointed the same way, and we run all three from here: the monthly rank report against the crews they compete with, the listing, and every request’s path to the business. That is the same build we start every home-services owner on, shaped around the jobs they want more of.
