Your systems audit

Move or cancel your call
Use the link in your booking confirmation email. If it is 24 hours or more before your call, you can cancel for a full refund, or move it at no charge by picking the new time.
When your map arrives
Within 48 hours after your call. The Audit Terms say what happens if it is late.
Other refund questions
Once your call is held, the fee is earned. If something is wrong, email us first.
