Stage 1 · Lead

Get found, and catch every request.

Before: No site, no Google profile, no ads, no way to ask for a quote. Homeowners search the day the upstairs gets hot. If Google can't show you and there's nowhere to ask for a quote, they call someone else.

What we built

  • A fast site on their own domain, with a page for every service
  • Twelve homeowner guides, and every Brevard city they serve named
  • A quote page built for ads, saving every request before anything else
  • Their Google Business Profile, set up and managed
  • Meta ads made for the business, on their own ad account
  • Google Local Services Ads, set up for their services

Before: No Google profile. Google had nothing to show.

Google search for attic insulation contractor in brevard county florida: the map pack, with The Attic Monkeys as the first business listed, 5.0 stars, with Schedule, Website and Directions buttons
#1 in Google’s map pack for “attic insulation contractor in brevard county florida”, October 2026.

Stage 2 · Sale

Every request gets a text back in seconds.

One request, start to finish.

Here is what happens when a homeowner taps one of their ads.

  1. At 0:00

    The request comes in

Saved before anything else, tagged with the ad it came from.

  2. At 0:05

A text back, and the owner gets the lead

The homeowner gets a text and an email with a link to book. The owner gets the name, town, problem and ad. The crew is up in an attic. Nobody waits.

  3. At +1 day

    A follow-up if it's quiet

By text and email. It stops the moment they reply.

  4. At Booked

    They pick a time

Confirmation and reminder go out on their own.

Text messages

  1. 2:14 PM
  2. Homeowner: Hi, my upstairs is always hot. Can someone look at the attic?
  3. 2:14 PM
  4. Automated reply: The Attic Monkeys: hi Dana, we got your request. Pick a time for your free attic check: theatticmonkeys.com/book. A few texts about this request. Msg & data rates may apply. HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Before: One phone, in a pocket, in an attic. The crew is on a job most of the day. A request that waits an hour goes to the next company on the list.

What we built

  • A text back to every new request and missed call, in seconds
  • An email with the same reply and a link to book
  • An alert to the owner with the name, the town, the problem and the ad it came from
  • Follow-up by text and email until they book, stopping the moment they reply
  • A booking link for the free attic check

After the booking

Stage 3 · Book

Booked visits that actually happen.

Text messages

  1. Day before
  2. Automated text: The Attic Monkeys: see you tomorrow at 10. Please clear a path to the attic hatch. The visit takes about 45 minutes, and you'll get photos of everything we find.

Before: Nothing between the booking and the visit. A forgotten appointment is a lost job and a wasted drive.

What we built

  • A confirmation the moment they book
  • A reminder the day before
  • A short what-to-expect: clear a path to the hatch, about 45 minutes, and photos of everything in the attic

Stage 4 · Deliver

Proof of the work, sent to the homeowner.

Text messages

  1. Job done
  2. Automated text: The Attic Monkeys: all done, Dana. Your before-and-after photos are attached. Questions about anything we found? Just reply here.

Before: Before-and-after photos stuck on a phone. Nobody sees inside their own attic. Photos turn a quiet job into one they talk about.

What we built

  • Job photos sent to the homeowner when the work is done
  • A thank-you with what was done and what to watch for

Stage 5 · Repeat

Reviews and repeat work, asked for automatically.

Text messages

  1. After the job
  2. Automated text: The Attic Monkeys: thanks again, Dana. How did we do? A Google review helps a small crew more than anything: theatticmonkeys.com/review. Reply STOP to opt out.

Before: No reviews and no reason for a customer to come back. A new business lives on reviews. Dryer vents need cleaning every year.

What we built

  • A review request a couple of hours after the job
  • A yearly dryer-vent reminder for customers who ask for one

Every lead traced to a sold job.

Each request carries the ad it came from, all the way to the job they sold. Once a month they get one report, and a portal that shows it.

One request, from the ad it came from to the job they sold.

Theirs, not ours.

  • The domain is in their name
  • The ad account bills their own card
  • The Google profile is theirs
  • Every lead is theirs, and so is the data

In the owner's words

“The website was everything I had wanted, communication on all parts were very good by Matt, and even helped give very good advice to take my business to the next level. Will be using for future projects.”
